Polly makes a silly hat look like a gorgeous piece of art just by her lovely smile!
Thanks to her sister, Kendra and friends, she had a very lovely bridal shower.

Two bright and beautiful people are joined in a union of one eternal unit prepared to go forth and build their own kingdom.
Both Polly and Eric come from large families so that there were plenty of bridesmaids. They each have only one brother, however.

There were two very nice receptions held for the couple. One in Oregon City where Polly grew up, and one in Washington, where Eric and his family lived.
The cake was made by Beaverton Bakery for the Oregon .
Because Polly is an avid seamstress and quilter when she can find the time, she used patch work quilt fabric as accent color on the food and guest tables.
The Washington reception was no less well attended nor decorated. Everything was beautiful and the evenings both went very well. Here are Polly's maternal grandparents seated on the right above.
Polly and Eric became man and wife on 21 April 1999.
The bride danced with both her father and her grandfather.
