Two little neices, Willow and Sarah, waiting for the other's to calm down for photos.
Auntie Kendra and "Uncle" Chris with Baby Katie, Willow, Sarah, Joshua and Kathleen.
Edited in Photo shop to remove the photographer's arm trying to get everyone in place and Kathleen to remain on the step!
The "Eternal Couple", Chris and Kendra on their wedding day.
Photo was enchanced with the fun and magic of Paint Shop Pro and some photos taken at the wedding of Polly a few years earlier on the same spot!
This page was put together in a matter of a couple of hours between packing and picking up to head to the next open house in California.  Therefore, several photos have been left out due to computer shut downs and no time to retrieve, and many names are no doubt mispelled due to lack of time to make calls and verifications.  Apologies to all concerned!!
Just  "a few" of the many siblings of Kendra and Chris due to marriages in the families and upcoming weddings to transpire.
A tulip day perfect for dipping and goofing off (which is the special talent and ability of our cheerful groom)
A luncheon was provided by the bride's father between the wedding and the evening reception.  A small affair that was enjoyed by all.
Beautiful and delicious wedding cakes added to the fun, festivities and traditions of the day.
Ice-cream sundaes and a wonderful decorative swing were highly enjoyed by all ages as well.
A quick gathering of the "colors" for the girls and the man of the hour before the party broke for the evening.
A cute decoration idea and a fun event for reunions with family and friends such as "teacher Sherry" from the childhood of the Mayer children.
Katie and Bryan share a few moments of rest during the festivities.
Time to test the cake.  Both the white and chocolate were sampled by the wedding couple before distribution.
The dancing began with the playing of the couple's special song, "Anastasia" to which they dipped and twirled to entertain us all.  A slide show of photos taken throughout the lives of the two was playing continuously throughout the reception.
Bubbles which were provided on the guest tables added to a festive get-away parade at the end.
Just shut your eyes and GO they yelled!
And off into the sunset the couple disappeared.
Leaving clean up and a trail of beautiful flowers behind!  Ruth gathered them up and set them in water on her back patio to enjoy!
We traveled to California for the groom's family celebration and open house.  It was a cooler than normal day but worked out nicely in the backyard of good friends of the family in the area.
Simplicity was the order of the evening.  Simple but elegant and very comfortable for everyone involved.
The groom's sister was married the DAY before this event, so the family was pretty brave and amazing to have pulled this off!
Learning "American" customs
Kendra's step-sister Teonei and step-sister-in-law Sarah were able to join the group for this open house.  Missing is Chris's sister that was married the day before, and Kendra's oldest sister, Julia who did not make the trip to California.  Sarah, husband, Ryan is in the grouping below with the Salway Siblings.
There were an abundance of very cute little guests at this open house.  Kendra is pictured with the very cutest ones in attendance -- some of our grandchildren!
Ice cream sundae bar
It did end up getting a bit chilly near the end of the evening and Kendra was very happy for her long sleeves as the breeze caught her veil and guests began to dwindle into the night.
Rajesh shows that he is learning the romantic customs that will endear him to his lovely wife.
Auntie Kendra has her hands really full and the twins aren't even around!
